How do I clean my BBBPillow?
The BellyBabyBreast pillowcase is 100% cotton, and washing in cold water is recommended. As with any all-cotton product, some shrinkage will occur when the product is washed. These pillowcases have been generously overcut to allow for perfect fit after washing
Use care when removing and replacing the pillow case as it will ‘stick’ to the foam and could possibly rip the pillow. Use a ‘peal like a banana’ method when removing the case, folding the fabric to the outside. And remember when women wore stockings? Well, that’s the best way to put the case back on the pillow. Scrunch all the material into both hands and get the farthest part of the pillow in the bottom, then gently wiggle the fabric up and around the rest of the pillow!
The pillow itself is made from open cell foam and is NOT to be washed in a machine. Rather, spray with soapy water, rinse well and air dry.

Is the Pillow safe for infants?
Co-sleeping is a widespread practice in many non-Western cultures. Please follow basic safe co-sleeping procedures and take all precautions when considering where your children will sleep. Some health professionals warn against sharing your bed with infants, particularly under six months. Contact your health care provider with any questions or concerns.
Constant adult supervision is required at all times when the pillow is in use with your infant. Do not allow baby to lie face down or on side in the pillow. Never leave child unattended.

Where are your products made?
The pillow is made in and shipped from right here in the United States – in Mesa, Arizona.
How much is shipping?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $10.00
Where do you ship?
At this time, BellyBabyBreast ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii via UPS Ground. BellyBabyBreast does not ship to international locations. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
How do I change or cancel my order on BBBPillow.com?
Once orders are placed on BBBPillow.com, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Is the Pillow returnable?
Due to health code limiting the resale of bedding items, pillows, mattress overlays, bolsters, pillow covers, mattress covers and any other items related to bedding are non-returnable.
Is the Pillow Guaranteed?
If a defect is discovered, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. If you feel your product is defective and it is less than 6 months old, please send us an image of the defective product with proof of purchase to email@example.com.
The BBB Pillow Guarantee does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear

What can I do if I have not yet received my order?
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information was sent to you when the order shipped. Use your tracking # to track your shipment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and junk folders in your email. Your order should arrive 5-8 days after being placed.
